Rights
and obligations renter
1. The reservation is concluding the reserved period. 2. In high season the minimum stay is 7 days, the rent period is from saturday till saturday. In low- and mid season the minimum stay is two days. Other renting periods are on consideration. 3. The published prices are the prices a week and a day, 7% I.V.A. tax included. 4. Cleaning- , electricity- gas-, and water cost, use of towels and bedclothes, are included in the price. 5. Supplementary services such as the delivery of fire wood has to be paid cash and is sold against cost price. 6. The renter should leave the cave house or houses in a neat condition at departure. If something is not ok, the renter should report this immediately at Cuevas de la Buena Vida. Crockery should be clean and stored in the place where it should be. Cuevas de la Buena Vida shall inspect the cave house before departure. All things lost by breaking it or damaging should be paid by the renter. At arrival date the owner will give information about the cave house and will handing over the key which will be taken in at departure. 7. The cavehouses are available at 16:00 pm on arrival date and have to be left before 11:00 am on departure date. 8. The number of persons who are renting/living in the cave houses may not exceed the number of persons as mentioned on this internetsite at every cave house. Payments 9. Half of the rent price has to be paid by bank within 14 days the reservation has been confirmed by Cuevas de la Buena Vida. The other half is paid on the day of arrival. Payment occur in two terms: 10. With payments by bank, the date the payment is entering the account, is the date of payment. 11. Cuevas de la Buena Vida is not obliged to make the renter attention on the payment dates. 12. Cancellation policy a. Cancellation of the cave house (by the renter) in six weeks or more before arrival date, the prepayment of 50% will be: 1. paid back withholding 10% of the rentprice as cost. b. Cancellation of the cave house (by the renter) within two weeks before arrival date, the renter has to pay: 1. in case of rerenting by Cuevas de la Buena Vida, 10% of the rent price. 2. in case of not rerenting, 25% of the total rent price. c. In case of early departure or no use of the cave house, the renter has no right on refunds. 13. Cuevas de la Buena Vida is not responsable in case of circumstances beyond one's control. |
